Payment Policy

By enrolling in any KOVA Fitness coaching program, you agree to the following payment terms.

Billing

All coaching plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date of enrollment and renews automatically every 30 days.

Minimum Commitment

All KOVA Fitness coaching plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. You will be billed for months 1, 2, and 3 regardless of cancellation request. After the 3-month minimum is completed, your plan continues month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

Refund Policy

KOVA Fitness offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied after completing your first week of coaching, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your start date. After the 7-day window, all payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your access to coaching services may be paused until the balance is resolved. You will be notified and given 48 hours to update your payment information before your program is placed on hold.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription after your 3-month minimum commitment is fulfilled. To cancel, log into your account, navigate to your profile, and select Manage Subscription. Cancellations processed at least 5 days before your next billing date will stop the following month's charge. Cancellations submitted within 5 days of your billing date will take effect the month after. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Price Changes

KOVA Fitness reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing clients will be given at least 14 days notice before any price change takes effect.
